My name is Annemart, and it’s great to meet you. You probably have landed on this page because you are looking for help with nutrition. Do you get confused by the constant hype of new diets? Do you struggle to understand what is actually good food for you and what is not? Do you really want to understand the basics of nutrition to help you be the healthiest version of yourself? You have come to the right place!

I strongly believe that nutrition is key to a healthy and happy life. I also believe that in The Netherlands we do not really have a place to go to for people that want to understand and apply the basics of nutrition. Until now…

So if you are that person that is looking to understand the basics of nutrition, get the tools in your toolkit to adjust your ‘diet’ to reach your goals, and build nutrition knowledge that will help you for the rest of your life, I’m here to help!

How can I help you?

Through a number of sessions I will teach you the basics of nutrition and we have a dialogue on what you eat today and what you can do to achieve your goals. I have designed a specific toolkit that will help you during our conversations and long after, when you actually have to do it yourself.

Also, there are a couple of principles for you to understand which are core to how I work:

Crash diets or shakes only are not part of the plan. I believe in providing you the tools to learn what is nutritious and what is not in the long term. That, instead of learning you to get to your goal the fastest, but in a potentially unhealthy and not sustainable manner.

Having a learning mindset is key. I do not want to help you once off to reach your goal in the fastest way. Instead, I want to help you learn everything about nutrition that will help you to continue your nutrition journey long after we have connected.

We start where you are. When we are having our dialogue on how to improve your nutrition, I will never ask you to change your diet 180 degrees. Instead, we start with what you eat today and discuss how to improve from there.

We go step by step. Building on the previous principle, we will work goals based. Which means after each dialogue we will set 1 or 2 goals together on which you are going to work in the following weeks. I want you to be set up for success, and I strongly believe going step by step is the way to go.

How does it work?

I like things simple, and therefore I provide you with this menu you can choose from. Pick your goal, the approach you prefer, and the duration which suits you best. When you are happy with the method and the price, make sure to reach out to me. I am super excited to start this journey with you!
